1. Discovery

I start with a conversation about your Brand/Businesses current social presence, your audience, your goals, and expectations.

We take a look at your Social Media together.

I share some of my work and common strategies I use in my videos.

I share the Base Packages I have available. I can also make a custom package if you need more or less.

2. Finalizing Monthly Packages, Contract, & Deposit/Retainer

2nd meeting to finalize the package you want to move forward with.

We review the terms of the contract in this meeting as well.

I send contract for signing.

25% Deposit/Retainer is due at time of signing.

3. Strategy and Planning

If you decide you to move forward, I gather the content topics you would like to talk about for the first batch of content. I can also provide trending topics if not.

We identify the right content pillars, messaging angles, and content types so your posts can educate, build trust, grow locally, and stay aligned with your brand.

We will talk about your brand voice(s), logos, offers, etc. This gives me the foundation to create content that actually fits your brand, instead of forcing a generic strategy onto it.

4. Scripting, Revising, & Shoot Preparation

I create a script using the current social media trends while still keeping it relevant to your brand.

Script is sent it to the client for review 5-7 days before shoot day. I make changes to the script if necessary.

We also talk about what and who needs to be ready before filming. This keeps shoot days efficient and makes content creation feel smooth.

5. Production and Delivery

I film, edit, and deliver content built for organic growth, especially locally. Each piece is designed to help your business show up consistently, communicate clearly, and stay relevant to your audience.

6. Review and Refine

As content goes out, I look at what is resonating and adjust the direction over time.

Organic content is not just about posting more. It is about learning what builds attention and trust for your brand.

7. Post Scheduling - Optional but Recommended

I recommend the client lets me post the content for them. Includes:

• Instagram

• Threads

• Facebook

• Tiktok

• Youtube

This allows me to make the content post on social media as intended.

Client can also choose to post content themselves.

8. (Optional) My Ad Strategy -

Client pays meta directly. Managed through META business suite

$20/Day - Engagement Ad - promoting most popular video of the week. This keep your brand in front of the right people and brings your cost per lead down.

$10/Day Retargeting Ad - Show testimonials & social proof videos to warm leads (people that may have watched your content).

$10/Day Direct Offer Ad - Call out pain points of client and drive action through booking links.
