What happens in practice?
In-camera: I shoot several angles/expressions (usually 6–10 photos per person).
Proof gallery: Within 24 hrs you’ll get a private, lightly-color-corrected proof gallery so each team member can choose their favorite.
Retouch & delivery: I retouch the selected image (skin cleanup, stray hairs, exposure polish) and deliver a high-resolution photo.
Need extras?

1. What is a headshot?
A headshot is a professional portrait—typically framed from the shoulders up—that captures a person’s face clearly and confidently. They’re often used for company websites, LinkedIn, ID badges, press releases, and marketing materials.
2. How long does a headshot session take?
Individual headshots usually take 5–10 minutes per person. For larger teams, I’ll schedule enough time to photograph everyone without rushing.
3. Where will the photoshoot take place?
I can set up a mobile studio at your office, use our studio, or shoot outdoors for a more natural background.
4. What should we wear for team headshots?
Solid colors, simple patterns, and professional attire that reflects your brand work best. Avoid distracting prints or logos (unless they’re part of your brand).
5. How many photos will we receive?
Each team member typically gets 3 fully edited headshots as part of the standard package. Additional edits can be added if needed.
6. Can we choose our backdrop?
Yes! Options include neutral studio backdrops (white, black, gray, beige) or an on-location background (your office, library, outdoors, branded wall, coffee shop, etc.).
7. Do you provide retouching?
Yes—light retouching is included to ensure everyone looks polished (skin smoothing, blemish removal, flyaway hair touch-ups). Extra retouching requests can be added.
8. How do we schedule the team?
I’ll work with you to create a schedule so everyone knows when it’s their turn. This helps keep the session efficient and stress-free.
9. When will we get the final photos?
Turnaround is typically 7-14 business days. Rush delivery is available if needed.
10. Can you make sure all headshots look consistent?
Absolutely! We ensure consistent lighting, posing, and background so your whole team has a unified, professional look.
